In Singapore, many SMEs within the S$1-10M revenue range are frequently overlooked despite being crucial to our economy. These SME owners, many of whom built successful businesses over decades, are often forced to shutter due to a lack of succession planning.
Having grown up as the eldest son in a single-parent family, I also saw firsthand how failed businesses can lead to strained relationships.
Hence, Edenity was started with the mission to honour the legacies of SME owners by providing sustainable strategies to ensure their businesses thrive beyond their tenure, securing their place in the economy for generations to come.
Named after my son, Eden, and the concept of eternity, Edenity is the result of my personal and career journey.

With more than 10 years of experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises ("SMEs") in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region, Eldred is a seasoned investment professional.
Prior to founding Edenity, Eldred was an Investment Banking Associate at Abacus Capital, spearheading the M&A division. During his tenure, he led all aspects of a deal lifecycle, including origination, execution and transaction closure. He began his career at PwC Singapore performing statutory audits for SMEs within the region, and subsequently held a pivotal role in a Singapore-based sustainability-focused private equity firm where he guided strategic expansion into Indonesia, Philippines and India.
Harnessing his extensive experiences working with SMEs, Eldred is dedicated to Edenity's mission of empowering SME growth through his genuine approach of building lasting relationships.

Russell's journey began in the bustling SME hub of Jakarta, Indonesia, where he was deeply inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit that thrived around him. After completing his education at ACS Jakarta, he further pursued his passion at the National University of Singapore, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
This foundation paved the way for his venture into the intricate world of finance and strategy at Alta (formerly Fundnel), where he sharpened his acumen in private capital markets.
As Edenity's first Analyst, Russell is dedicated to nurturing and scaling Singapore's SMEs, blending his keen insight and persistent drive to foster innovative growth strategies.
